1 | In advance of a Sale, Purchase or Lease transaction, a Realtor and/or Owner must contact the Management Company to understand the requirements of the transaction. |
2 | Only natural persons may own Condominium Units - not corporate entities. |
3 | As per the March 16th, 2014 Amendment a Unit may be rented ONLY IF: |
| | A | the Owner(s) have owned their Unit for at least 2-years AND |
| | B | the number of Property rentals is less than 20% of all 104 Property Units at the time the Owner wishes to rent. |
4 | A formal Board Interview is required for each Occupant of a Unit before the Occupant occupies. |
